Her Own Way editorial creates AI-assisted summaries of selected research. We link to original sources and distinguish peer-reviewed studies, sponsor announcements and personal accounts. These pages are not systematic reviews and have not been independently reviewed by a qualified clinician.
Study dates describe when research was published; article dates describe when our summaries were published. New research may change the picture. Personal accounts are labelled separately from research and are not independently verified. The founder’s story explains why this site exists; it is not evidence of treatment effectiveness. We publish personal stories with the contributor’s permission.
